armadillo shell q'

i just got an armadillo shell, and i want to do some art with it. unfortunatly, its not quite in the shape i want it ( its curved backwards a bit). how can i cahnge this (if possible)? soak it in water?

    You might be able to bend it after soaking. I've never had the opportunity to work with a dillo. What I've read is mainly for mounting from fresh.

    Some things never quite change their shape once they are dried. It might loose some scales if you try and bend it.
